Comprehensive Care

SouthEast has committed teams to meet your healthcare needs.

SouthEast’s healthcare teams deliver high-quality, compassionate, and culturally competent healthcare while caring for the whole patient. We are dedicated to understanding and respecting each patient’s unique needs, culture, values, and preferences.

Coordinated Care

Your healthcare team will work to support your medical needs by reviewing your complete medical history, including any records of care outside of our center, to help create the best plan of care.

Accessible Services

Patients can access the center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the main number. During regular office hours your call will be answered by a patient service representative. After hours, your call will be handled by our answering service. You can also electronically send a message to your care team anytime through the patient portal.

Quality and Safety

Quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege! SouthEast strives to be an exemplary model of healthcare by encouraging staff to provide high quality care, and measuring and responding to patient experiences and patient satisfaction.
