As a Community Benefit Organization, SouthEast Lancaster Health Services is governed by a volunteer community Board of Directors. This Board is in place to establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the mission of the organization. We look to our Board members to have expertise in a specific field or industry, including but not limited to: legal, insurance, community volunteer, faith based, government, business, finance, banking and many other professions. Additionally, we are required to have 51% of our Board of Directors as patients of our medical or dental departments. The result is a roster of community leaders who understand the needs and challenges that face our patients every day.
