SouthEast Lancaster Health receives grants for patients and expectant mothers
SouthEast Lancaster Health has received $1,000 from the Rotary Club of Lancaster and $2,500 from Susquehanna Bank to purchase an electronic fetal monitor. The fetal monitor is used to listen to the heartbeat of an expectant mothers baby as well as detect and measure the frequency and severity of contractions. Our providers require this monitor in order to meet our mission of providing high-quality care to our prenatal patients. Our expectant mothers THANK YOU, Rotary Club of Lancaster & Susquehanna Bank! In addition, SouthEast Lancaster Health has received $5,000 from the William and Jemima Brossman Charitable Foundation to maintain healthier, happier patients through health related education. This will help to diminish expenses related to hospitalization and emergency department visits. We are beyond grateful for your support–THANK YOU!

SouthEast Lancaster Health receives grant from CVS Charitable Trust
SouthEast Lancaster Health was recently highlighted in the Wall Street Journal for receiving an “Innovations in Community Health” grant from CVS Charitable Trust, in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers. The program will focus on asthma and diabetes management in our Patient Wellness Circles. How GREAT is this?

Armstrong Employee Shaves Head for SouthEast Lancaster Health
Employees at the Armstrong World Industries’ Lancaster floor plant recently held a contest to benefit a local nonprofit organization. Employees voted for one of three nonprofits represented by leaders in the plant – each leader agreed to shave his head if his organization won. Tony Purcell chose US and won, so we’ll be getting $1,000! THANK YOU to our friends, Tony, Armstrong and all participating employees for supporting SouthEast Lancaster Health in such a FUN and heartwarming way! You truly made our day!
